Adhesive Tape Coating
Adhesive tape coating uses a particular tape coating machine to apply glue to the backing and then dry the roll to make the tape master roll(jumbo roll).
The machine used is a professional tape-coating machine.
The glue is silicone, PSA, acrylic, rubber, hot melt, and other adhesives. The substrate(backing) is PI, PET, cloth, paper, foam, etc.

Adhesive Tape Rewinding
Tape rewinding is the production process of rewinding tape jumbo roll to log roll.
The common length is between 1 meter to 200 meters. The log roll length is different according to the thickness of adhesive tapes.
Usually, the rewinding length is 33m,50m, or 66m if the thickness is below 1mm. 2mm thickness usually with 16.5m length. Also if need retail, the rewinding length can be 1m, 3m,5m,10m, etc.
Adhesive Tape Rewinding
We rewind tape jumbo rolls into log rolls of custom lengths. Standard lengths are 33m, 50m or 66m for tapes below 1mm thickness, and 16.5m for 2mm thickness. Retail lengths of 1m, 3m, 5m and 10m are also available with uniform tension control.

Adhesive Tape lamination is the process of laminating double-sided tape to a specified material without a backing,or the process of laminating multiple layers of material together using double-sided tape to make a composite material.Slitting or die-cutting after lamination.Single-sided tapes need to be die-cut,firstly by laminating the release film and then by die-cutting.

Adhesive Tape Cutting
Tape Cutting is the production process of using a cutting machine to cut log rolls into small rolls.
The production process requires cutting to the appropriate width before the final use of the tape or die-cutting processing.
We can cut the minimum width to 2mm rolls and the max length to 500m rolls.
Standard small roll widths are 1 inch/25mm, 2 inch/50mm, 3 inch/76mm, etc. Cutting widths can be customized according to requirements.
Adhesive Tape Cutting
We cut log rolls into small rolls of appropriate width before final use or die-cutting processing. We can cut widths as narrow as 2mm and lengths up to 500m. Standard widths include 1 inch/25mm, 2 inch/50mm and 3 inch/76mm, with custom widths available.
Adhesive Tape Die Cutting
Die cutting is a production process that uses a die-cutting machine and a mold to process and shape adhesive tape according to the drawings. Die-cutting machines are divided into flat-blade die-cutting machines and round-blade die-cutting machines. The standard die-cutting machine is a flat blade die-cutting machine, which has low machine cost, cheap molds, and slow production speed.
The circular knife die-cutting machine has high machine costs, high mold costs, fast production speed, and high production efficiency.
Adhesive Tape Die Cutting
Die cutting uses machines and molds to shape adhesive tape according to your drawings. We offer both flat-blade and rotary die-cutting: flat-blade machines have low cost but slow speed, while rotary machines offer high speed and efficiency for large-volume orders.
Adhesive Tape Spooling
Spooling is a conversion process in which tape is divided into strips and wound into large rolls using a spooling machine. The length can be 1800m to 16000m.
Spool rolls are mainly used on the machine to reduce the frequency of changing tape materials and improve production efficiency, which is an important link in the production and processing automation process.
